微纳器件研究中心 微纳器件研制与建模,物联网相关芯片研发应用,视频图像处理、传输及应用,系统芯片集成(SOC)。
新型显示技术研究中心 围绕OTFT印刷工艺技术、原材料及其产业化应用等方面进行研究,柔性显示工艺及器件设计,OLED照明。
超大规模计算与数据中心 千万亿次超级计算系统的运维,云计算技术的研究,GPU与CPU的协同计算技术研究,复杂能源、化工、材料、核物理等领域的超级计算与演示以及数据库管理。
能源与环境研究部
清洁动力技术研究中心 应用基础方面,包括叶轮机械内部定常和非定常流场CFD模拟和设计优化方法研究,基于燃气轮机的冷热电联供系统技术研究,高速转子动力学研究;应用发展方面,包括重型燃气轮机气动和燃烧部件设计、试制、试验,微小型燃气轮机冷热电联供系统设计、试制和试验,微小型动力装置的设计、试制和试验。
低碳能源转化技术研究中心 煤、生物质等含碳资源绿色低碳转化利用(主要为催化转化利用),CO2的催化活化和资源化利用,纳米新能源材料设计、合成和应用。
温室气体与环境工程研究中心 节能减排与材料工程实验室:先进功能材料的制备与应用, 海水淡化技术:反渗透,正渗透和膜蒸馏技术,气体分离,膜生物反应器,膜催化技术,离子选择性分离技术,具有分离功能的材料与过程技术。ODS减排与替代实验室:催化剂研究、氟化物高温裂解、低沸点氟化物合成、替代物寿命评价、替代物燃烧性能评价等。
生物炼制工程实验室:生物炼制关键技术研究,主要包括生物能源、生物化工、天然产物综合利用、农副产品精深加工、酶制剂、新型抗生素与药物中间体等。
太阳能研究与发展中心 太阳能薄膜电池新技术,薄膜材料与制备工艺,红外半导体技术物理,光波导技术;光伏工业技术优化提升与设备研制,电接触工艺,光学工程,可靠性和稳定性研究;太阳能集热,热电,热光伏技术与系统集成应用,声子光子和电子耦合极化机制。
能量储存与转化研究中心 储能用先进二次电池,直接醇燃料电池,氧化还原液流电池技术与系统,化学储能等研究。
低碳城市研究中心 城市碳生态战略研究(碳生态评价以及路线图),城市碳生态规划研究(城市生命流动的系统优化),城市碳生态技术研究(CIEN技术仿真)。
生命科学与技术研究部
干细胞和再生医学研发中心 胚胎干细胞研究,iPS相关的科学技术研究,成体干细胞的增殖、分化、迁移和成熟的调控,利用成体干细胞移植进行疾病的治疗和药物筛选的研究,肿瘤干细胞研究。
纳米医学与转化医学中心 纳米技术和生物技术相集成,研究内容主要包括癌症基因组学、癌症蛋白质组学、癌症系统生物学、肿瘤早期诊断标记物的开发、针对肿瘤细胞表面蛋白的纳米药物研发、以及艾滋病等重大病毒性转染疾病的复合新药研发等。
生物医学工程研发中心 医学影像、医用生物材料等的研发和引进,推动在医用诊疗设备、生物医用材料的产业化。
二、 招聘条件
(一)、千人计划
一般应在海外取得博士学位,原则上不超过55岁,引进后每年在国内工作一般不少于9个月,并符合下列基本条件:
1. 具有开阔的战略视野、前瞻和预见能力,能敏锐把握本学科领域国家战略需求和世界科学前沿发展态势;
2. 具有先进管理理念和很强的组织协调能力,能有效组织队伍承担重大科技任务,组织、推动和实施重大科技创新活动;
3. 在相关领域取得过重要原始性创新成果或做出过重大的科技创新贡献,并在国际上具有较重要的学术地位和影响;
4. 一般应在海外著名高校、科研院所或企业担任教授或相当职位;掌握关键技术和急需紧缺人才可放宽为担任副教授或相当职位。
(二)、百人计划
1. 具有中国国籍的公民或自愿放弃外国国籍来华或回国定居的专家学者;具有博士学位且博士毕业后有连续4年以上海外科研工作经历,年龄一般应不超过40岁;
2. 独立主持或作为主要骨干参与过课题(项目)研究的全过程并做出显著成绩;
3. 在本学科有较深的学术造诣,做出过具有国际水平的研究成果,在重要核心刊物上发表过3篇以上有影响的论文,或拥有重大发明(专利),掌握该学科领域能影响高新技术产业化的关键技术;其研究水平足以担当“高等研究院”的学术带头人;
4. 在国内外学术界有一定的影响,能把握本学科领域的发展方向,具有长远的战略构思,能带领一支队伍在国际科学前沿从事研究并做出具有国际水平的创新成果。
(三)、领衔人才(15名)
1. 博士学位,原则上不超过55岁;
2. 在国外著名高校、科研院所担任相当于教授职务、主持并完成过所在国家或国际重大科技项目的专家学者型人才;或在国际知名企业担任高级职务的专业技术型人才;拥有自主知识产权或掌握核心技术,具有自主创业经验,熟悉相关产业领域和国际规则的创业型人才;
3. 或在国内著名大学、研究机构获得教授或相应职位,对本学科领域的学术进步或高技术创新与集成产生重大影响,并被国内外同行认可;或在国内知名企业担任高级职务的专业技术人才;或主持并完成过国家、院重大科技项目的急需紧缺人才。
(四)、杰出人才(30名)
1. 博士学位,原则上不超过45岁,特别优秀人才年龄可适当放宽;
2. 在国外连续4年以上从事科研工作并获得副教授及以上或相应职位,或在国内获得教授或相应职位的人才;并在国内外学术界有一定影响,做出过具有国际水平的研究成果,能带领一支队伍在国际科学前沿从事研究并做出具有国际水平的创新成果;
3. 或掌握关键技术、拥有重大发明专利,或具有较高的技术或工艺开发、设计能力和实践经验,或具有成功创办高新技术企业经历和业绩的人才;并能带领团队负责示范工程或大型实验平台的设计、建造以及运行等(对于工程技术类人才,特别优秀者工作年限、年龄、学位、技术职称可适当放宽)。
(五) 、骨干人才(60名)
博士学位(工程类人员具有硕士及以上学位),原则上不超过45岁,具有5年以上相关工作经验或1年以上副高级专业技术职务任职经历,在国内外相关领域有一定影响。
(六) 、青年人才(100名)
博士学位(工程类人员具有硕士及以上学位),年龄不超过35岁,具有3年以上相关工作经验或2年以上中级专业技术职务任职的经历。
三、 岗位待遇
(一)、千人计划
1. 享受国家为“千人计划”引进人才提供的所有相关待遇。
2. 同时我单位提供如下待遇:
1) 科研启动经费:不少于200万。
2) 房屋补贴:100万。
(二)、百人计划
1. 聘为研究员。
2. 科研启动经费:100万元,因科研工作需要,可另外申请。
3. 房屋补贴:10—60万;
4. 通过中国科学院择优支持评审后将获得200万元专项经费支持。
(三)、领衔人才
1. 科研启动经费:不少于200万。
2. 房屋补贴: 50-80万
(四)、杰出人才
1. 科研启动经费:100万元,因科研工作需要,可另外申请。
2. 房屋补贴: 40-60万
(五)、骨干人才
1. 科研启动经费:50万元。

薪资 :根据高等研究院的有关标准和工作绩效确定。

technology research center Study on CFD simulation & design optimization of turbomachinery internal steady & unsteady flow field, gas turbine based CCHP system, and high speed rotor dynamics. Design, pilot production and testing of pneumatic & combustion components of heavy-duty gas turbine, CCHP system of micro gas turbine, and micro power devices, etc.
Low carbon energy conversion technology research center Low-carbon conversion & utilization of coal, biomass and other carbon-containing resources, especially catalytic conversion and utilization; catalytic activation & utilization of CO2; design, synthesis and application of innovative nano energy materials, etc.
Greenhouse gases and environment engineering research center Lab of materials engineering for energy conservation and emission reduction:
Research on preparation & application of advanced functional materials, sea water desalination, forward & reverse osmosis, membrane distillation, gas separation, membrane bio-reactor, and membrane catalysis technologies, as well as selective separation of ions, process and materials with the separation ability, etc.

II. Categories of talents & respective requirements:
“Thousand Talents Program” candidates
Generally the eligible candidates must hold overseas doctoral degree, no more than 55 years’ old and will work in China for no less than 9 months each year during the tenure of office, as well as meet the following qualifications:
1. Demonstrating broad strategic visions, being forward-thinking & prospective, can identify national strategic demands and international development trends in relative disciplines;
2. With advanced management mythology and strong organization & coordination capabilities, can effectively lead a team to carry out significant scientific projects, as well as promote major scientific innovation;
3. Having accomplished key creativity and major scientific innovation in relative fields, thus enjoying high academic reputation worldwide;
4. Holding positions equivalent to professorship at famous overseas universities, research institutions and enterprises; or association professors in mastery of the most sought-after technologies.
“Hundred Talents Program” candidates
1. The successful candidates must be PhD with Chinese nationality or willing to abandon their foreign nationalities for permanent residence in China, who have over 4 consecutive years’ overseas research experience after graduation and are 40 years’ old or younger.
2. Having worked as an independent leader or key member of a project(subject) team and made significant achievements;
3. With high academic attainment in one’s own discipline, having produced internationally recognized research results and published 3 or more influential theses in core journals; or in possession of major inventions (patents) and mastery of key technologies which are able to influence hi-tech industrialization in the relevant fields; all competent to act as academic leaders in SARI as far as research capability is concerned;
4. Having certain influences in domestic or oversea academic community, able to grasp the development direction in one’s own discipline with long-term strategic vision, capable of leading a team to engage in cutting- edge scientific research and produce internationally competitive innovative results.
Leading Talents (15)
1. Doctoral degree, no more than 55 years’ old in principle;
2. Experts or scholars who take the positions equivalent to professorship in famous oversea universities or research institutions, and have presided over & completed key scientific projects at national/international level; or specialists who hold senior posts in famous international enterprises; or enterprising talents in possession of self-owned intellectual property rights or mastery of core technologies, with experiences in independent entrepreneurship, familiar with relevant industries & international rules;
3. Or professional technical talents who have acquired the professor or equivalent titles in famous domestic universities or research institutions, and have significant impacts on the academic progress or hi-tech innovation & integration in their own research fields, which have been recognized by domestic and oversea fellow researchers; or other professional technical talents who hold senior posts in famous domestic enterprises; or urgently needed talents who have led& completed major national & institutional scientific projects.
Outstanding Talents (30)
1. Doctoral degree, no more than 45 years’ old in principle, for particularly outstanding talents, this requirement can be less strict;
2. Talents who have engaged in oversea scientific research for over 4 consecutive years and obtained the title of associate professor(or above), or those who held domestic position of professorship and its equivalent; all enjoying certain influences in domestic and oversea academic community, having achieved research results at international level, capable of leading a team to engage in cutting-edge scientific research and produce internationally competitive innovative results;
3. Or talents who have mastered key technologies, obtained significant inventive patents, with strong ability & rich experience concerning technology & process development & design, or having successfully started up hi-tech enterprises; all capable of leading a team to conduct the design, construction and operation of model projects or large experimental platforms etc (for excellent engineering talents, the requirement on work seniority, age, academic degree and technical title can be appropriately lowered).
Caliber Talents (60)
Doctoral degree (master or above degree for engineers), no older than 45 in principle, with over 5 years’ relevant working experience in total or over 1 year experience at a post with associate senior professional technical title, enjoying certain influence in relevant fields at home and abroad.
Youth Talents (100)
Doctoral degree (master or above degree for engineers), no older than 35, with over 3 years’ relevant working experience in total or over 2 years’ experience at a post with intermediate professional technical title.

Salaries are determined by the compensation policy of SARI, and will be commensurate with performances.
