JOB DESCRIPTION (Lawyer R&D China to Support Partly Clinical Study Unit (CSU) Greater China)

JOB PURPOSE:

·
To provide legal management and support for the clinical trials under R&D budget responsibilites at CSU Greater China (“R&D Clinical Trials”) in order to achieve the team performance target.

SUPERVISED RESOURCES:

(Sales, budget, headcount…)

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

To draft and/or review the contracts relating to R&D Clinical Trials;

·
To identify legal issues and provide professional advice to the questions and/or problems relating to R&D Clinical Trials;

·
To provide legal support in the resolution of AE/SAEs complaint raised during R&D Clinical Trials;

·
To organize and give trainings regarding contract procedure and other legal topics

·
To attend CSO and other professional trainings for better understanding of regulations, corporate policies and global industry standards relating to R&D Clinical Trials;

·
To assist the Manager establishing legal management system in AP R&D;

·
To partipate in other legal task assigned by the Manager.

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

LL. B or above. Overseas studying and/or working expericen is preferable. Certificate of National Justies Examination is a plus.

Experience & knowledge:

At least 2 years legal working experience in business law. Experience in pharmaceutical industry will be a plus.

Well organized, good at filing, self-motivated, hard-working, detail-minded, team player and ability to work independently under pressure with minimum supervision.
