company.
We are currently hiring a Data Science Supervisor for leading FMCG company.
Below please see a brief JD:
Company:      R&D Centre, leading European/American FMCG company
Job title:        Data Science Supervisor
Report to:      Senior Manager
Location:       Shanghai
*Responsibility:*
·           Provide lead statistics support to consumer research and
clinical team including design of experiments and data analysis
·           Develop and implement data analysis tools and capabilities
required within consumer research and clinical teams in partnership with
other global teams and external partners
·           Work with internal consumer research/clinical experts to design
and develop consumer and clinical studies for company product
·           Plan data collection methods for specific studies, and determine
the types and sizes of sample groups to be used
·           Analyze, interpret and present statistical data from consumer
and clinical studies, identify relationships and trends in data, as well as
any factors that could affect the results of consumer and clinical studies
·           Use advanced data modeling techniques where relevant to analyze
data across studies to identify relevant insights/trends. Communicate and
report relevant study information
*Requirements:*
·           Advanced statistics with proficiency in statistical tools such
as SAS, JMP
·           Working knowledge of data visualization and data modelling tools
·           Proficiency in experimental study design
·           Working knowledge of statistical treatment of human/consumer
data and related techniques
·           Strong oral and written communication skills in English
·           MS degree or above
·           Major in basic sciences ( mathematics, statistics, data
modelling)
·           2-3 years experience in data analysis/modelling
·           Some experience in bio-statistics, clinical/experimental design
is preferred.
