Title: testing support analyst
Base : Hang Zhou
Responsibility：
You will be joining a global team, working closely with colleagues who are based in the UK； you will need to communicate in English both by telephone and email. Our client is a major international investment bank； we develop,maintain and support their global 24 hour testing system environment.
· Commitment to ensuring quality and resource management
· Provide 24*7 hours support to the Testing systems of client
· Recording and updating work items in ticket logging system
· Answering hotline queries
· Escalation to clienht management
· Investigation, reporting and possible correction to failed batches
Required capability：
· Basic UNIX, Oracle and SQL knowledge are required
· At least 2 to 3 years working experience
· Good understanding of Software development
· Excellent spoken and written English.
· SAP knowledge is required
· Commitment to self-improvement and service-improvement
