Funds & Remuneration:
Star-up research funds
1,000,000RMB, extra amount available upon application in view of the needs
in scientific research.
Salary
1. Salary + Performance Bonus;
2. Or Consensual Annual Salary:
350,000-500,000 /year
SARI will select from the above-mentioned two payment methods in accordance
with actual situation.
Welfare
1. Housing Subsidiary
400,000-600,000RMB
2. For spouses of leading talents, outstanding talents, and backbone
talents engaged from oversea, cities or provinces other than Shanghai who
have not found a suitable job, a living subsidy at 1000 RMB/month will be
distributed to them in no more than 12 months.
