Legal Counsel
Responsibility
1.Checking and drafting contracts and legal documents.
2. Providing legal risk/possibility analysis to the internal clients.
3. Confirming that the business operation is in compliance with relevant internal rules and laws/regulations of China.
4. Main area of responsibility is for the business unit which handles broadcasting and industrial-use products.
Requirement
1.3 to 5 years of working experience in foreign invested company as an in-house legal counsel.
2. Ability to draft contracts and legal documents in both Chinese and English languages.
3. Knowledge of business transactions of foreign invested company in China.
4. Chinese Lawyer Certificate holder.
5.Legal education in Japan or in the US would be a plus
